Local knowledge.
One matching approach.
House of Yaya works with families across London, the wider UK and selected international locations.
Our area guides are there to help families understand how a nanny or nanny-housekeeper role can work around the practical rhythm of where they live — not to pretend families in one postcode are all the same.
London
From school runs in Barnes to changing schedules in Belgravia.
Location changes the logistics. It doesn't change the principle.
We first understand the children, hours, household responsibilities, travel and working arrangement. Then we look for candidates whose real experience and availability fit the role.
House of Yaya's current London coverage includes central, west, south-west and north-west neighbourhoods, with dedicated guides for the areas below.

Explore St John’s Wood →Why have local pages?
Because the practical details really do change.
A nanny role in Barnes may involve a very different day from one in Knightsbridge.
School routes, driving, public transport, activities, fully staffed households, travel and the amount of time children spend locally can all affect what experience matters.
The area page should help a family think through those details — while the actual candidate match remains individual.
Beyond the core London guides
Wider UK & international reach.
The current House of Yaya site also lists coverage or activity in a wider set of places. These should remain in the site architecture only where House of Yaya genuinely serves them and can provide useful, non-duplicative content.
